Nasjional Museet OsloThe exhibition 'My Life! My Choice?' at the National Museum Norway shows a selection of Erik Werenskiold’s illustrations for Jonas Lie’s novel Familien på Gilje (The Family at Gilje), together with new works by two Norwegian contemporary artists: Hanne Lydia Opøien Figenschou and Gelawesh Waledkhani.

Belgian painter Dirk Eelen has been awarded by the audience of Museum M in Louvain with the first prize of the fifth Open M contest. Two paintings by Dirk Eelen were selected by a special jury, exhibited all summer long in M and finally got the highest number of votes from the visitors.
